Organic cotton fleece
EDITION 11
December 20th, 2018
Fleece is commonly used to name fabrics that look like the natural wool of sheep. It is an insulating fabric that is knitted then brushed, which releases its fibers and creates a higher surface from the base of the fabric, making it soft and plush, and trapping heat.
Although it is usually made of polyester or polyamide - which are both plastic fibers derived from petrol - we have carefully selected this organic cotton fleece to make a selection of unusually soft sweaters, that will patinate with time and washes. They were made by atelier Bonneterie Le Minor, in Morbihan, France.
