Payment is taken when your order is placed.
We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express, as well as PayPal, Klarna and USDC. You can also pay in three instalments, free of charge, with Alma.

Orders are prepared quickly and cannot usually be modified once placed. If you notice a mistake, write to care@debonnefacture.fr as soon as possible and we will do our best to help.

We ship worldwide with DHL Express.
Shipping is free on all orders over €350. Below that amount: €15 in France, €20 in Europe, €20 in the United Kingdom, €25 in North America, €30 in Asia, €40 in Oceania, €45 in Africa, Central and South America.

Orders are prepared within 24 to 48 working hours, then delivered within 1 to 2 working days in France and 2 to 4 working days internationally.

A DHL tracking number is sent by email when your order ships. Your order is also visible in the Orders section of your account.

Prices are inclusive of all taxes.
For the United States and the United Kingdom, duties and taxes are included in the price shown. Nothing is due on delivery.
For other destinations outside the European Union, any duties are paid to the carrier on delivery, according to the regulations of your country.

You have 14 days from delivery to return a piece, whatever you bought, archive pieces included. Exchanges and store credit are free worldwide. Choosing store credit adds 5% of the value of your purchase to your credit. For a refund, a return cost may apply. France and Monaco: free over €350, otherwise €8. Italy, Spain, Portugal, Ireland, Luxembourg, Austria and Central Europe: free over €350, otherwise €15. Germany, Netherlands, Belgium and the Nordic countries: €15. United Kingdom and Switzerland: £15 / CHF 15. United States and Canada: free over €350, otherwise $20 / CAD 20. Rest of the world: €40. If a piece reaches you faulty or not as described, the return is free whatever your destination.

Exchanges are free worldwide. A piece can be exchanged for a different size in the same item, subject to stock availability, and is processed once we receive the returned piece. For anything else, return the piece and place a new order.

Go to debonnefacture.fr/a/return within 14 days of delivery and enter your order number and the email address used for the order. Print the prepaid DHL waybill and attach it to your parcel. Pieces must come back unworn, unwashed, in their original packaging, with all tags attached. You may try a piece on as you would in a shop.
