Order & payment
The order amount will be captured from your account as soon as your order has been placed. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us and we will issue a refund back to your account. Easy returns – if something doesn’t fit, just return it to us for an exchange or refund. The following payments are accepted:
You can pay by Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Visa and Mastercard are verified by a secure code. Payment is debited from your card once you place the order.
You can choose to pay with credit card or your already registered PayPal® account.
You can pay in 3x free of charge at checkout using Alma.
CHANGE AN ORDER
We process our orders very quickly and unfortunately cannot typically make changes after an order has been placed. If you notice the mistake straight away, though, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org to see if a modification can be made.
The website ships in metropolitan France. For any order abroad, please directly contact our customer service at email@example.com.
De Bonne Facture offers free express delivery in France. For all orders outside EU, we are offering free express delivery on orders above 350€. Please note that free shipping will be applied to your order at checkout.

Delivery times are provided as guidelines only. Kindly note that delivery to rural addresses can result in longer delivery times.
All orders are shipped with DHL and requires a signature upon delivery. DHL usually operates between 9am—6pm on business days. You can specify an alternate daytime delivery address when ordering, for example your work address (recommended).
When the item is available in stock, the estimated delivery date is determined by the two following elements:
1 — The expedition lead-time (24 to 48h) starting on the business day following the day of reception of the order: checking the reliability of the information entered by the client starting with reception of the payment + preparation of the order + taking into account of the parcel by the transporter.
2 — the lead-time of delivery of the parcel of the client by the transporter.
An order that is placed on a saturday, sunday or holiday will be validated and handled counting the next business day.
De Bonne Facture SAS is committed to making the best effort to ship the products ordered by the customer within the timeframes described above. nevertheless, these timeframes are an estimation and any potential delay does not give reason for a damage claim.
However, after this 30-day period, the customer has the right to cancel the order. the purchase amount will be refunded to the customer without delay, with the exclusion of any compensation or fees.
TAXES AND DUTIES
The prices of products are expressed in Euros inclusive of taxes but excluding customs duties.
The Prices of Products are expressed in Euros, inclusive of taxes and excluding customs duties, for orders outside of the EU that shall be borne by the Customer.
For orders outside of the EU :
All applicable duties shall be borne by the customer. Unfortunately we cannot estimate how much duties you will pay but your local customs should be able to estimate the price.
De Bonne Facture cannot be held responsible for any action and/or costs and/or taxes and/or delays due to customs over which it has no control.
All orders are shipped with DHL and are fully traceable on their website. You can always contact them if you have questions regarding your shipment.

Returns and exchanges
All returns are free of charge worldwide.
De Bonne Facture has a 14-day return policy: you have 14 days from when your order is delivered to ship/postmark it back to our return center for a refund or exchange.
Any claim regarding the delivery of Product(s) must be submitted in 14 working days following receipt of the Product(s). They must be sent in their original condition (packaging, accessories, tag, etc.) and according to the following shipping conditions.
All exchanges are free of charge worldwide.
Purchased items are exchangeable into a different size. Exchanges are only processed upon receipt of returned merchandise and are based on stock availability. To put on hold an item, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Please follow the return instructions that are inside of the box and use the DHL return waybill.
1- Please print out the return proforma pages attached, sign/date each page and stick them on the top of the box.
2- Then please call your local DHL in order to schedule the pick-up at the address of your choosing.
For orders outside of the EU : For any return or exchange order outside of the EU, please contact us at email@example.com
In order for the customer service to accept the return, the Product(s) must be returned in full condition in its original packing, undamaged, with its label attached, not worn, accompanied by all of its accessories, and a copy of the purchase invoice.
