COMMERCIAL manager
Wholesale Sales Management
• Follow-up on the global commercial calendar and coordination with the marketing team
• Client prospecting in line with the sales strategy and coordination of agents' prospecting
• Coordination of trade shows and showrooms (organization, collection set shipping, management of The New Black platform, coordination with agents and distributors, sending invitations and setting up appointments)
• Coordination of deliveries to the De Bonne Facture store
• Preparation of training sessions for our resellers, agents, and distributors
• Collection presentation and sales to buyers (in both French and English)
• Order entry via The New Black/Zedonk
Wholesale & Retail Order Management (ADV)
• Processing and monitoring of wholesale and retail orders
• Management and follow-up of invoicing, deliveries, and payments in collaboration with production, the warehouse, and the finance team
• Follow-up on production arrivals and coordination of client shipments with the sales and logistics teams
• Coordination of deliveries to the De Bonne Facture store
• Ensuring compliance with clients’ commercial and contractual terms; follow-up on disputes
• Customer service, restocking, exchanges, and returns for wholesale
Retail Sales Management
• Analyses to support retail purchasing (e-shop & boutique) and seasonal product placement
• Reception and stock control, monitoring of merchandising in-store and online (shared stock system)
• Management of retail staff (including scheduling) and participation in recruitment of sales team
• B2B and B2C reporting (sell-out analysis and tracking, quantitative and qualitative omnichannel performance, feedback on market needs) in order to reach and exceed sales targets
Profile Sought
• Strong interpersonal skills, customer service oriented, and excellent client contact
• Sales-driven mindset focused on results, development, and quality
• Autonomous, versatile, organized, and detail-oriented
• Passion for men’s wardrobe, and a good understanding of the brand and its positioning
• Fluency in English (used 90% of the time at work)
• 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar position, ideally within a creative or independent fashion house
• Degree Bac+4/5 (business, fashion, or equivalent)
• Proficiency in Zedonk and The New Black is a plus
