LOYALTY PROGRAM
General Terms and Conditions - Loyalty program of DE BONNE FACTURE
The De Bonne Facture Loyalty Program is a Program set up and managed by the company "De Bonne Facture", a simplified joint stock company, and the merchant debonnefacture.fr belonging to the company De Bonne Facture SAS with a capital of 20,000.00 EUROS, whose registered office is located at 83 rue du Ruisseau, 75018 Paris and registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 535 247 704. This program allows persons who have joined (hereinafter the "Members") to accumulate loyalty points in order to benefit from advantages.
1 - Purpose
These general terms and conditions define the conditions of membership in the De Bonne Facture Loyalty Program which allows (i) to collect loyalty points according to the amount of purchases made on the site www.debonnefacture.fr (hereinafter the "Site") and (ii) to use the points accumulated in order to obtain certain benefits.
The De Bonne Facture Loyalty Program is only valid on the Website (excluding retailers or De Bonne Facture corners within other brands, such as department stores).
2 - Subscription to the De Bonne Facture Loyalty Program
2.1. Eligibility requirements
The De Bonne Facture Loyalty Program is reserved for consumers of the website debonnefacture.fr, who are 18 years old or older and who have a customer account with De Bonne Facture.
The subscription to the De Bonne Facture Loyalty Program is free.
2.2 Terms of subscription
Subscription to the De Bonne Facture Loyalty Program is only possible through the brand's website when creating an account or registering for the De Bonne Facture newsletter program when Opt-in on the payment page. Any person can, by selecting the corresponding option on the site, subscribe to the De Bonne Facture Loyalty Program.
After subscribing to the De Bonne Facture Loyalty Program, the Member receives a confirmation e-mail.
3 - Obtaining loyalty points
The Member accumulates points:
- when he makes purchases on the Site, provided that he has associated his web client account.
- when he subscribes to the newsletter program on the Site, provided that he has associated his web client account.
- when he validates his sponsorship program on the Site, provided he has associated his web customer account.
Each purchase made on the Site generates loyalty points in a deferred manner under the loyalty number indicated in the shop when passing through the checkout, or when ordering on the Site on the following basis: 1 euro spent = 2 points. Loyalty points are calculated per euro acquired (thus and for example, 1.98€ = 2 points).
Loyalty points are calculated by taking into account the amount, including all taxes, of the products purchased. The purchase of discounted or discounted items also allows the Member to collect loyalty points. The amount taken into account is then the amount actually paid, i.e. the discounted price or the price following application of the discount.
The points are credited to the Member's loyalty account in a deferred manner once the corresponding purchase has become final.
If the right of withdrawal is exercised, the points will be deducted from the Member's account.
Loyalty points do not have a life span from the date of purchase of the Member who generates them. The Member can consult his/her points balance:
- in the "Loyalty Program" tab when he connects via his account on the Site and his loyalty number is associated with his web customer account ;
4 - Advantages
The Member may benefit from various advantages depending on the number of points he/she has accumulated.
All benefits are reserved for the Member. To benefit from them, the Member must always be able to provide his/her loyalty number and provide proof of identity.
4.1.2. Loyalty benefits
As part of the loyalty benefits, the Member has access to various free services.
The loyalty advantages are as follows:
- 1000 points = 5% on his/her order
- 2000 points = 10% on his/her order
- 6000 points = 20% on his/her order
The use of the loyalty benefits described above gives rise to the deduction of points from the Member's loyalty account.
4.2. Threshold of 1000 points
When he reaches the threshold of 1000 points, the Member can use his points and transform them into a discount voucher, in this case 5% on his next order. Access to the offer automatically deducts the 1000 points accumulated.
The 5% offer is valid :
- on the site during the payment page with the discount code indicated when converting points into a voucher (in the pop-up "loyalty program").
4.3. Threshold of 2000 points
When he reaches the threshold of 2000 points, the Member has the possibility to use his points and transform them into a discount voucher, in this case 10% on his next order. Access to the offer automatically deducts the 2000 points accumulated.
The 10% offer is valid:
- on the site during the payment page with the discount code indicated when converting points into a voucher (in the pop-up "loyalty program").
4.4. Threshold of 6000 points
When he reaches the threshold of 6000 points, the Member can use his points and transform them into a discount voucher, in this case 20% on his next order. Access to the offer automatically deducts the 6,000 points accumulated.
The 20% offer is valid:
- on the site during the payment page with the discount code indicated when converting points into a voucher (in the pop-up "loyalty program").
5 - Conditions of use of De Bonne Facture Loyalty Program
Loyalty accounts are nominative and personal. A customer (same name, same address) can subscribe only once to the Loyalty Program of De Bonne Facture: multiple accounts are prohibited. In addition, the same e-mail address or telephone number can only be associated with one loyalty account.
The Bonne Facture Loyalty Program is reserved for private individuals for their own, non-professional use.
The Member may not assign or transfer, in any way whatsoever, all or part of his rights and/or obligations under the De Bonne Facture Loyalty Program without the prior written agreement of De Bonne Facture. Loyalty points are attached to the person of the Member and are therefore neither assignable nor transferable.
6 - Personal data
As part of its subscription to the De Bonne Facture Loyalty Program, De Bonne Facture, as the data controller, collects and processes some of the Member's personal data. In order to subscribe to the Program, it is compulsory to provide the Member's civil status, surname, first name and an e-mail address.
The Member's personal data is kept for this purpose for the duration of his/her membership of the Bonne Facture Loyalty Program and then for a period of 5 years, corresponding to the duration of the applicable legal prescription.
The data collected within the framework of the De Bonne Facture Loyalty Program (information relating to purchases and use of the loyalty Program) are also processed by De Bonne Facture for statistical purposes for the pursuit of its legitimate interest and are kept for this purpose for 3 years before being made anonymous.
Within De Bonne Facture, the collected data are only communicated or made accessible to persons to whom it is necessary to communicate them for the purposes of subscription and management of the De Bonne Facture Loyalty Program. These personal data are also communicated to De Bonne Facture's external service providers in charge of advertising and communication.
When subscribing to the De Bonne Facture Loyalty Program, the data of the web or shop customer account, depending on the channel through which the customer wishes to subscribe to the Loyalty Program, are automatically associated with the loyalty account. The Member is invited to check this data and, if necessary, to complete it with any data not yet entered but necessary for opening his loyalty account.
Membership of De Bonne Facture Loyalty Program can only be taken into account if the mandatory data is accurate, complete and usable. Mandatory data are identified by an asterisk in the forms concerned.
The Member may provide his or her telephone details when subscribing to the Loyalty Program of De Bonne Facture. In accordance with the applicable legal provisions, the Member may, if he or she wishes, register free of charge and at any time on the no telephone solicitation list.
The Member is responsible for the accuracy of the data he or she provides for the purposes of creating his or her customer account and subscribing to the De Bonne Facture Loyalty Program.
It is the Member's responsibility to keep his/her information up to date by updating his/her data in the shop or on the Site. DE BONNE FACTURE cannot be held responsible for the non-reception of communications, invitations, offers or products that the Member receives under the De Bonne Facture Loyalty Program due to inaccurate or outdated information.
In accordance with the applicable regulations, the Member has the right to access, rectify, delete, limit or oppose the processing of his/her personal data, as well as the right to define guidelines regarding the fate of his/her data after his/her death and the right to the portability of his/her personal data.

7 - Duration and termination
The De Bonne Facture Loyalty Program is subscribed for an indefinite period of time.
7.1. Termination at the initiative of the Member
The Member has the possibility of terminating his subscription at any time, by sending his termination request accompanied by a copy of his identity document by e-mail to eshop@debonnefacture.fr.
Termination of the subscription to the Loyalty Program of De Bonne Facture entails the definitive loss of the points accumulated.
7.2. Modification and termination of the De Bonne Facture Loyalty Program
De Bonne Facture reserves the right to make changes to the Loyalty program and its conditions and will inform the Member by the means it deems most appropriate. The latest version of the general terms and conditions applicable to the De Bonne Facture Loyalty Program is available on the Website. De Bonne Facture therefore invites Members to regularly consult the Site.
De Bonne Facture reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Program provided that it has informed the Members within a reasonable period of time. In the event of termination of the De Bonne Facture Loyalty Program, Members who have acquired benefits (access to loyalty benefits and the loyalty denim offer) will continue to benefit from these benefits for the remaining time in accordance with section 4 above.
No modification, suspension or cancellation of De Bonne Facture Loyalty Program will entitle the Member to compensation.
7.3. Suspension or deactivation of a loyalty number at the initiative of De Bonne Facture
De Bonne Facture reserves the right to suspend or deactivate a Member's loyalty account, which will result in the cancellation of the points obtained, without the Member being able to claim any compensation:
- In the event of any action likely to disrupt the normal operation of the Good Factor Loyalty Program, and in particular in the event of fraud, attempted fraud or in the event of use or attempted use of the benefits offered under the Loyalty Program;
- More generally, in the event of non-compliance with these terms and conditions.
8 - Liability
De Bonne Facture makes every effort to ensure the smooth operation of the Loyalty Program. Nevertheless, De Bonne Facture cannot be held responsible for all the direct or indirect consequences, possible malfunctions or anomalies of the Program.

These general conditions are governed by French law.
