Right of withdrawal

You have 14 calendar days to exercise your right of withdrawal, without giving any reason and without incurring any penalty.

This period begins on the day you, or a third party designated by you, take physical possession of your order. If your order includes several items delivered separately, the period begins when you receive the last item.

This right applies to any order placed on our website, whatever your country of residence.

How to notify us

You may inform us of your decision by any means that unambiguously states your wish to withdraw:

  • by email to care@debonnefacture.fr
  • by post to De Bonne Facture, 63 rue Sedaine, 75011 Paris, France
  • using the model form below, which you may copy into an email or send to us by post

Using the model form is not mandatory. A simple email is enough.

To arrange the shipment of your parcel and generate your return label, you may also use our return portal.

Returning the items

You have 14 days from sending your notification to return the items to us.

Items must reach us in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and in their original packaging.

Return shipping is free of charge, worldwide.

Refund

We will refund all payments received from you, including the standard delivery costs you paid when placing your order, no later than 14 days after being informed of your decision.

If you chose a delivery method more expensive than the standard delivery we offer, the additional cost remains payable by you.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the items back, or until you have supplied proof of having sent them, whichever is earlier.

The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the order, unless you expressly agree otherwise. It will not incur any fees for you.
