Shipping
All orders are shipped worldwide with DHL Express, fully tracked.
Shipping is free on all orders over €350.
Below that amount:

Orders are prepared within 24 to 48 working hours. Orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday are processed the next working day. Allow 1 to 2 working days for delivery in France and 2 to 4 working days internationally.
Taxes and duties
Displayed prices are inclusive of all taxes. For deliveries within the European Union, they include French VAT at 20%.
For the United States and the United Kingdom, duties and taxes are included. The price you see is the price you pay, with nothing due on delivery.
For all other destinations outside the European Union, any customs duties and local taxes are payable to the carrier on delivery, according to the regulations of your country.
Returns and exchanges
Returns and exchanges are free worldwide, on every piece including archive pieces.
You have 14 days from delivery to request a return or an exchange. Start your request on our returns portal with your order number and the email address used for the order, then print the prepaid DHL waybill and attach it to your parcel.
The portal covers returns and exchanges from every destination, including outside the European Union.
Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original packaging, with all tags attached.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability and are processed once we receive the returned item.
Refunds are issued within 14 days of the return reaching our atelier, to the original payment method.
