Shipping
All orders are shipped worldwide with DHL Express, fully tracked.
Shipping is free on all orders over €350.
Below that amount:

Orders are prepared within 24 to 48 working hours. Orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday are processed the next working day. Allow 1 to 2 working days for delivery in France and 2 to 4 working days internationally.
Taxes and duties
Prices are displayed in euros. For deliveries within the European Union, they are inclusive of all taxes and include the value added tax applicable in the country of delivery.
For the United States and the United Kingdom, duties and taxes are included. The price you see is the price you pay, with nothing due on delivery.
For all other destinations outside the European Union, prices are exclusive of French VAT. Any customs duties and local taxes are payable to the carrier on delivery, according to the regulations of your country.
Returns and exchanges
You have 14 days from delivery to request a return or an exchange, on every piece including archive pieces.
Exchanges and store credit are free worldwide. Choosing store credit adds 5% of the value of your purchase to your credit. Store credit is valid for twelve months and can be used in one or several orders, including during sale periods.
If you would rather be refunded, a return cost may apply:

This cost is deducted from your refund. It does not apply if a piece reaches you faulty or not as described, in which case the return is free whatever your destination.
How to return a piece
Start your request on our returns portal with your order number and the email address used for the order, then print the prepaid DHL waybill and attach it to your parcel. The portal covers returns and exchanges from every destination, including outside the European Union.
Pieces must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original packaging, with all tags attached. You may try a piece on as you would in a shop.
Exchanges are for a different size in the same item, subject to stock availability, and are processed once we receive the returned piece. For anything else, return the piece and place a new order.
Refunds are issued within 14 days of the return reaching our atelier, to the original payment method.
Sale items
Items purchased before a new discount are not eligible for a price adjustment, and the free exchange policy does not apply to them. If you wish to benefit from the new price, return your piece and place a new order at the reduced price. Stock, sizes and colours cannot be guaranteed. Your right of withdrawal is unaffected.
Right of withdrawal
Alongside this policy, you have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days. It applies to every order, whatever your country of residence, and is more favourable on one point: it includes a refund of the delivery costs you paid when ordering. See our Right of withdrawal page.
