We spent a day in Paris with our friend Jumpei Seki who is also our agent for Japan. He moved to Paris with his family a few years ago and showed us around some of his favorite spots.
We visited "Parks", his multibrand shop in the 16th arrondissement where he met one of his friends from Tokyo who is an eyeglass designer. They had a stroll together as Jumpei walked him back to the subway at the Victor Hugo stop. Jumpei stopped by to pick up a few groceries on the way back.
We also walked through Saint Germain des Près, visiting Jumpei's friend Arthur from "Super Stitch Paris", a specialist of denim alterations. Finally, we sat for coffee next to our showroom in the tiny specialty coffee shop "Dreamin Man" on rue Amelot.
